Bullettrun Performs at the PS4/ Marvel Games Spider-Man Game Release Event

On August 28th, 2018 Bullettrun had the pleasure of performing not just once, but twice during the PS4/Marvel Games Spider-Man game release event held at Spring Studios and The Public Hotel. Collaborating closely with our clients Manifest and Sony/PlayStation, Bullettrun's artistic director Nadia Lesy choreographed a Spider-Man inspired parkour performance, that was presented on a custom set, built by Jesse Danger of The Movement Creative before professional gamers, Sony and Marvel executives and celebrities.  Later that same day, long after the sun set, Lesy's second parkour performance took place on the rooftop at 229 Chrystie Street, as PS4 and Marvel guests watched from the Public Hotel penthouse promenade next door. This nighttime performance was especially unique not just because of it's rooftop location, but the LED light suits worn by her Bullettrun performers (designed by Jeff Sturdivant, in collaboration with Wars Studio) and alterations by fashion designer Duckie Confetti.  A memorable and intense experience, Bullettrun felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment, because we did not just make our clients happy, but ourselves as well. Proving once again, that parkour is not just an athletic discipline, but an artform that inspires everyone. Special thanks to Bullettrun members for rehearsing, collaborating and performing at their highest level,  that include Christopher "Falco" Glover, Shane "Sage" Samuel, Byron "King Spider" Sterling, Adrian "Nexus Plasma" Richardson, Doneille "D Bigga" Cheathem and Jose "Free Lu" Torres.
